You qualify by meeting minimum spend thresholds on furnishings and window coverings. Our three tiers—Foundations, Elevations, and Pinnacle—start at $20,000 for furniture and $5,000 for window coverings (retail value).
Our program includes custom design consultation, white-glove delivery, on-site styling, marketing collaboration, and discounts on all purchases. Higher tiers unlock exclusive perks like social media reels, client brochures, and priority service.
Yes! Your clients receive a one-time 10% discount code, personalized design assistance and the ability to integrate their window coverings into their mortgage for added flexibility and value.
We do not offer furniture rentals for staging purposes. All furniture used in our showhomes must be purchased by the builder.
