Use |
- Step 1: Begin to fill bath with warm water, ideally between 37ºC to 39ºC (98.6°F to 102.2°F).
- Step 2: Add to running water 2-scoops of Ancient Oat Hydration OR Midnight Superbloom CRUSH Bath Soak.
- Step 3: Empty the entire sachet of MILK Mineral Bath Soak.
- Step 4: Soak for 20–30 minutes, letting the mineral-rich clays, botanical extracts, and plant milks envelop your skin.
- Step 5: Breathe deeply as the aromatherapeutic blend helps to calm your senses and reset your mind.
- Step 6: Pat dry gently, no rinsing required.
